Henry takes a near mint Chinese NDM-86 (Type 85 SVD clone) to the DMR course with some very surprising results and findings. Bottom line, if you are in combat are you come up against a hostile combatant using one of these... well... brush up on your counter-sniper battle drills.

it's another way on saying that I am aiming off with the reticle. i.e. i'm holding the reticle one hash to the right of the target to compensate for the true zero of the rifle or the effects of the wind.
