U.A. High School has enrolled a particularly unique freshman this year, who possesses a special ability resembling magic. The problem is that he can hardly stabilize and control this power, making it nearly impossible for him to go outside. Out of her responsibility as a senpai... though mostly to satisfy her own curiosity, Nejire Hado decides to personally visit this freshman's home and try teaching him how to control his "Quirk." However, his power is far more uncontrollable than Nejire Hado imagined.
