Something about Rebecca

Hello.

I already mentioned it in the patron channel on Discord, but for the next couple of weeks I'm setting a new schedule for Patreon posts. It goes like this: on Monday and Thursdays we get new sprites, on Tuesday and Wednesday — event and story polls respectively, on Friday — a new render, on Saturday — a text post about something story-related, and on Sunday, just like always, I write a progress report. So you can always be sure that I'm working on something.

So, today is Saturday (at least for me right now), which means I'm about to share some information about the story in the future with you. And I apologise in advance for bringing up Rebecca once more, but her storyline is sorta under fire right now, because people think that her arc should've gotten some kind of development after the suicide attempt. And I agree, but in order to push this matter further we needed to settle on the remaining piece of the process, and it's Melinda. Now that we know which role she's planning for Blake in the future, I can act.

In v0.8 Blake is going to witness a dialogue scene between the mother and the daughter. It's gonna be a (relatively) short one, but pretty intense. I'm writing at least four completely different dialogues for that event, and probably add one or two more. I count everything: your routes, your relationships with Rebecca and Melinda, your dom/sub/bimbo points, and some hidden switches that you presumably don't know about. There's gonna be four outcomes for that scene as well, and I'm not gonna mention them, but you can probably figure out where all this is going. And Blake won't be getting any direct ways to influence that scene, so you better come back and rethink some of your choices if you end up with an undesirable result for Rebecca. Her fate can vary in a pretty wide range. Some people love her, and some people hate her. I hope to make all of them satisfied. That's the theme for this update: give resolution to Rebecca, Vanessa and some other important for Blake people. We're only beginning to branch the story. Way more to come.
