Realis 08: Escape from the Serene Atoll 03

This episode carries content warnings for military violence

Do you know the edge of a dream, where the boundary between affect and knowledge is blurred? Some have said this liminus is the bridge between the specious phenomena of the Drift and the iridescent truth of Realis itself. True. True. But perhaps it is more. A line not only between fantasy and reality, not only between today and tomorrow, but between one today and another. Which raises a question: What might amble ‘cross that bridge?

Friends at the Table

Absolutely loving Realis, both the show and the game. Getting this insight into the procedure and progression really makes me hanker even harder to play it myself. I thought I'd heard on an early episode that at some point the whole crew would be on this season, and had presumed they'd be trading off arc to arc like in previous seasons. Clearly, as we rolled from the citadel to atoll to beyond, that isn't the case. Did I misremember or misunderstand? I'm loving those nerveless chancers, but I'm also extremely excited at the prospect of what the rest of the Friends might come up with and to see another perspective of the thousand moons.
