Forty-Five Pounds: What’s New @ the Table

Let’s kick off with the big one: Last Thursday we streamed the PALISADE post-mortem live on Twitch. We answered your questions and did some giveaways to celebrate the show’s 10th anniversary, and had an all-around great time! If you missed it you can watch the archive here, and I believe an audio-only version will be going up in the main podcast feed at some point as well.

Oh, I found the Wikipedia page for ‘fish measurement’! What better way to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the podcast than with a special Twitch stream of a different podcast: Fishteen Minutes, Ali & Jack’s show that we all know has been running for 20 years and happens several times a week and has never once missed a scheduled release. We all love it!

DO NOT unless you’re sure–and if you’re a child you are NOT sure. Also last Thursday Jack, Austin, Sylvi and myself streamed Natsu-mon: 20th Century Summer Kid, a comfy slice-of-life game about being a rowdy kid in rural Japan during summer break. Funny coincidence, but it’s also 54% off on Steam until September 28th. A hot tip for the gamers out there. 🫡

The Robopocalypse. On Friday’s Life Makeover stream we explored the mysterious story behind Wet Larry, and went on a date with him while dressed like his grandmother. I’m going to start outright lying in these because how would anyone be able to tell? We went to the moon and kissed the moon god. He made a bunch of KBBQ for us and I dare you to prove me wrong.

What do birds like? Skulls? You can now catch the VOD of Jack & Sylvi exploring the musical toybox that is ODDADA on YouTube.
