New Tier and Changes!

I've decided to make some changes to the tiers with the addition of a new Tier 4 that will be the tier to make suggestions for polls now as well as having 2x votes. Tier 3 will remain the same, minus the suggestions and future comics will be here as well ("First Date" and "Magic in the Air" will still be available to all Tiers since that's how I started them though)! I've moved the sketches from Tier 2 to 3 as well, but I will hopefully fully color more pics to make up for this difference as well and still have some exclusive stuff for Tier 3+
