Do you have to validate your reward somewhere or does it ship automatically as soon as you're a patron at $15?

Nope! Everything is payed for on the first of every next month. you didn't miss anything :D May's payment comes out on June 1st, June will be July 1st, July will be August 1st (and so on). You will still get the necklace as long as you don't change it until then

The tag is AMAZING! I'm sorry if this is a silly question, but does "bump up" refer to anything other than changing your tier higher? The money for the first of May has already gone out, so my changing tier just a moment ago means the change will be effective as off June, no?

I have a question about the tiers. For the Bunny I picked the $35 tier, with in the back of my head the thought: "when I do this three times, I get a poster" Am I right that this doesn't have to be consecutive months? Cause if that's the case, I might up my pledge this month to the $35 tier again, then I will only need 1 more $35 pledge to reach the 3 months. Hope I am making sense here.

Wendy, I would just open up an incognito window... If you are viewing Patreon in a web browser. In the app... I did a Google search and it said "To log out of your account, tap the blue “log out” link at the bottom of your settings page (pictured above)."

I know this is probably the wrong place but I cant log out of my patreon account so I can log my husband in and update his pledge, im going insane!

Discord is a perk for all Patrons at $5 and above. But that perk doesn't activate until you've actually been charged for a given month. So, in this case, you'll be charged for May on/around June 5th. At that time your Discord access will be active and will remain that way for as long as you maintain $5 per month going forward.

Ina, customs is something that's out of our control. It's also illegal for us to discuss strategies for avoiding customs or to employ such strategies. Doing so could result in our products being banned for import and monetary fines. Asking our shipping partners to employ ways to avoid customs could result in them being fined and blocked from shipping to certain countries. Here in China, whenever we purchase something from outside the country, there's always a chance it will be captured by customs and we'll be required to pay a fee in order to release it. Coming from the US, this whole concept is foreign to me and often times it's upsetting. But after 10+ years of living here and dealing with this issue... I've just learned to deal with it. This is in no way related to "Backerkit." They are simply an information collection tool. It's our logistics partner who labels and ships your items - whether they are Patreon rewards or things ordered from Mysterious. And our logistics partners constantly email us regarding new labeling regulations, customs schemes, etc... it's a major part of their business and something they seem to take quite seriously. So... these items will be shipped as all our items are shipped. International Express Mail with tracking. Usual delivery times are 15~30 business days. Packages are marked with a nominal value ($10~$15USD) and with basic Harmonization Codes, Country of Origin info, and other bits of required info. Your package may or may not be stopped by customs. And you may or may not be required to pay an import fee. If you have *legal* methods for avoiding all of this, please let us know!

How will they be shipped? Will you be shipping them or will you use Backerkit for it again, like with the bunnies? Last time, with the bunnies, because of the way Backerkit labelled the package, my bunny got caught in customs, and I would like to avoid that (or at least make sure I can afford to pay it, when it happens) (:

That's in the same category as printing names and sorting everything when it comes time to ship. I think myself and Martin would rather jump off a bridge. Actually, this idea is made even more painful by the fact that we don't have everyone's Certificate number... If we were talking about a few hundred items in need of sorting... maybe. When it's a few thousand... Where's that bridge?

William, the necklace is going to be similar in size to what's offered with the Chaos Necklace. As this is not the "main" aspect of what's on offer, we suggest people simply replace the necklace if they'd like something in a different size. Appropriate necklace chains for something like this are widely available and inexpensive. Hope that helps!

Yes. That's how it works. You are charged in Month+1 for Month. It's May now... so you're charged for May in June.
