My bank originally denied my pledge when I changed tiers to the $35 for the chaos coin 2500 patron reach. Which I did pledge in August. I fixed this when I was notified September 1-2. Will I still be considered for the coin? Since it initially rejected it, I’m confused if it still counts towards the goal.

While I might have to reduce my pledge from 75 to 35 dollars coming month (honestly - the coin was awesome, but I'm eager for the necklace, too .. though not sure if I'll be wearing it or gift it someone I love), I'm kinda curious about how this all will continue. I am surely really hyped for Alice:Asylum as Alice Madness Returns was one of the best games I ever played. And the art McGee's releasing, is simply so nice - glad I could find the money to pledge. I especially love those really really colorful pictures :). Good luck guys and I always wish you the best! By the way: got the umbrella a few months ago I think, and it is awesome (except for some of the black material on the outside, some of which is and always was missing a bit (so some white dots are there, but it's okay)).

We actually see the same pattern each and every month. It's the natural result of the people who "pledge" and then remove their pledge before they get charged - which allows them to consume the content and be a part of the community for free. It's why Patreon implemented the Charge on Pledge feature. We've not enabled that, mainly because we're fortunate to have a ton of loyal and supportive Patrons who make the model work despite that loophole. Based on many of the comments I read it seems like there are a lot of people facing various financial pressures so that they can't afford even $1 a month... Not a situation I'd want to compound. Main thing is... Thank you, and everyone else who does stick around! You make possible all the awesome art, design, and story stuff getting created!

The number or patrons is still decreasing. I guess people really dont know how to read, or just really dont care about supporting this. Either way that's terrible.

Checking your bank account in a few days is the fastest way to know. If you had $35 or above taken, then you're fine.

Wondering how many of the roughly 100 patrons that jumped ship are going to be upset with themselves for not following directions when it comes time for the coins to ship? In any case, I guess there were problems with Patreon charging people last month? I am happy to report that I just got an email receipt and everything has posted to my account already!

I looked this morning and saw over 2800 patreons and now you're below that :( I understand people can't pledge $35 every month but there's no reason they can't keep the pledge at $2. It's a shame people are only in it for the rewards sometimes.

I noticed my $75 payment for this special month has not been taken out yet and is says its pending?? my wife's payment has gone through. I really really don't want to miss out on the coin

Well, they can't be mad at anyone but themselves if they lowered it too soon to be charged the 35 and miss out on the coin because they didn't listen to directions as they have been shared numerous times numerous places :/.

The coin cannot be obtained via Patreon if the $35 pledge is not processed. But if so many patrons are missing the coin because they are headless chickens, you could lower the price on Mysterious to $35 plus $10 shipping for a limited period of time. That's just a little higher than $35 + VAT. And that's a lot more money for you.

Certainly a possibility and totally sympathetic to it... Just concerned that there's a lot of people who want the coin and can afford it who don't understand the Patreon pledge system. Really wish all this wasn't so confusing!

Yeah, that was the big thing last month. Hopefully they've fixed it, but still, yet another good reason people should not change their pledges for as long as possible.

I'm not sure if you received Patreons message but there may also be an issue with payments due to Patreon changing their payment details resulting in cards being declined.
