Other creators have been making AoT cards lately, most notably Next21, who has a distinctive style that a lot of people seem to like. It might just be the case where they already have a full spectrum of choices so they don't feel the need to vote for yet another version of her, or simply aren't supporting Evaan right now, and instead looking to other creators who have demonstably fulled their niche.

But you'd have thunk that Mikasa would be a safe bet to win with how popular Attack on Titan is. I guess Evvan attracted too many Pokémon fans and skewed the results.
