Scoliosis cast

Long long time ago (70s at least i think) doctors used this very unique cast shape to treat scoliosis. Make sure to google it up, it's very interesting. It seems the person was casted in very bulky plaster from head to tailbone at least, and kept for months in this metal frame in order to straighten the spine out!
