I saw Michael Shannon pick it up in the Criterion Closet a couple weeks ago and I had never heard of it before. Watched it last night and wow did it surprise me. Although some technical aspects are admittedly a bit dated, everything else is completely ahead of it’s time. Would love to hear your thoughts on it

Everything we've done the past few days and what we'll continue to do until then all revolves around setting up for that day. I'm already fed up with it. Not because I didn't love her but because I don't want to think about it because it makes me angry. I'll be alright when it's all over.

She was the last grandparent I had. Been a lot of busy work and tension in the family since that day. I'm gonna be a pallbearer at her funeral this Wednesday. Sorry for the depressing comment.

What was the last big-budget original sci-fi film? Tenet? Arrival? I'll go to see it just to support what the movie "is" regardless of how bad it will inevitably be.
