Follows the same rules as usual: The code will never change and you can use the code with every version including the free/public version.
As noted when selecting “Fill Battery”, some events rely on the “day” to end. Recharging battery at places like the hotel or alley will advance to the next day. Selecting the cheat option will not advance to the next day. If an event or quest is not progressing, try recharging battery the normal way a few times before using the cheat again.
