No, if the version number is higher, it means there is more content. There is no difference in content between the Patreon and public versions of the same version, except that the Patreon version includes mmmf mmmmf animations and cheat menu access, while the public version does not. A slight difference in file size may occur due to recompilation, as I don’t clear the cache when compiling both versions. Or... I might just add more bugs to the public version.
