A Drawing for You
Added 2023-05-17 14:49:43 +0000 UTCHere is a little drawing that I (Ben) have done lately. A bit of a work in progress, but figured I would share it. Thinking a lot about lucky cherries, a weird internet article on their symbolism, and what they mean to me. A cherry blossom only blooms for a short time, from that fruit grows. Cherries remind me that life is short but beautiful and there is fruit born from that beauty. Cherries remind me to make the most of life and see it all happily. It is from that brevity that lucky things like cherries are created.
I'm writing a poem and trying out some colors in this picture, so look out there might be a follow up post.
