Why do they call her Tootles the Clown? That’s an easy one!
If you press her little red nose then she’ll make lots of funny little toots out her bottom! Watch as her cheeks blush a deep a red as her nose in embarrassment!
But be careful, if you press her nose too much then she’ll loudly fill her diapers! Squatting down letting her frilly coloured dress lift up and show off her rainbow diapers bulging out and a soft smell of cake wafting through the air!
It’s even funnier if there are other clowns there who try and change her. Pulling endless baby wipes out of their sleeves. She’s the only diapered clown and the other guys make sure that she’s always well protected. She’s always the butt of the jokes getting water squirted at her and cream squished into her face…
But at least there’s nothing wet dribbling down her legs!
