This panel took substantially longer to produce than I anticipated, but I'm pretty happy with the results. One of the biggest hurdles was having a vanishing point on the Y-Axis to create a looking-down effect. Suddenly all the parallel vertical lines that I could quickly draw with my roller ruler now have to converge to said vanishing point which was like, 20" off the page. Fun. Either way, I think the effect is worth it, as it adds a little something-I-can't-quite-put-my-finger-on.
Anyway, I'm hoping to have chapter two up within the next two weeks or so.
