The vocal units were both beautiful songs. Mayfly unit was just literally one of, if not the most, perfect vocal performance I’ve heard. That performance has had my eyes watering no less than 20 times. And that just shows the power of vocal expression, because I don’t understand a word of it and it’s still moves me that much. There are songs the lyrics will bring some strong emotion, but this is just vocal perfection. I feel for the Spark team. They had to be feeling bummed with a 33-0 vote, but I honestly believe, even without the little mess up, it would have still been 33-0. And not because Spark was in any way less than excellent. They just had the misfortune of completing against perfection. The gymnastics silver medalist in the Olympics is still the second best in the entire world, they just have the unfortunate task of facing Simone Biles. Know what I mean? Anyhoo, still some amazing things to come 😁. This beautiful journey is not over yet.
