The Treasure apartments have 4 bedrooms per apartment, and pre debut the had 2 apartments. At the time Yedam & Doyong still lived at home, but moved in just before debut. I think that was when the expanded to 3 apartments allowing for each to have their own room. Keeping groups together like this, especially in the beginning, is basically for the managers sake, to gather them together quickly.
