“It should not be seen as normal that we, as photographers, can take a nude picture of a woman; it is a precious gift.”

Dearest beautiful souls, how do you feel today in this world?
Do you feel aligned with yourself, with the Universe? Do you feel heard? Do you feel free?
I came across the interview of an amerindian from the Lakota tribe and the first thought that came to my mind was how « we », people, decided to call them this way.
I believe you all know the origin…
It is so easier to say « They » and « Us », to separate without trying to understand.
This is what he said and I quote:
« A braid is so significant to us as Lakota people because in our culture women are the next best thing to God and the reason why we understand that and believe that way is because I’ve never seen a male of any species give birth, only the females. They have a great gift and that is to give life and so we wear our hair in two separate braids as men to honor the women because if it weren’t for the women we couldn’t be here as men and so it takes three strands to make a braid. One strand represents the higher power, the second strand represents the Earth, also our body and the third strand represents our soul, our spirit, and all three are brought together as one and so it’s a reminder of how we must conduct our lives, through this walk of life. »
For those who are French or live in Paris, you already saw the Monument of the Republic as well as the Triumph of the Republic.
They both represent a woman.
The construction of these monuments, both winners from the same contest organized by the city of Paris in 1883, was supposed to be the best way to represent the « Democracy ».
When I look at the world today I wonder what we have done to her…
I did my research and apparently they decided that the status shall be ‘symbolic’, a metaphoric representation. An animal also could have been a symbol somehow. Also notice that women in these representations often have an uncovered breast. What were they thinking when they made that decision, you might ask? A symbol is something unreachable, sacred, meaning that women could never be equal with men and have the same rights. Women could never be free and estimated as men are, as well as other minorities in this patriarcal world. Women could just and only be a symbol of the eloquence of this fine 'well enlightened society'.
In too many minds women are still part of minorities, as well as colored people in some occidental countries, LGBT community and even religious ones.
For instance, every land is sacred as Earth is.
Every living person, being, deserves a land to go through this walk of life.
They thought this symbol couldn’t be embodied and they were wrong.
We are embodying it. Not only women but each one of you, of us, as human beings.
As different and as free as we deserve to be.
Minorities are defined by a patriarchy who is afraid of our differences but it is our differences that shape the wealth of this Earth. They sought and still seek domination out of fear.
Fear due to misunderstanding, fear of not being enough in charge anymore or maybe ending up being unnecessary?
There is a species that can give birth as a male, it is called seahorse. But in fact they carry the eggs of their female compagnon after fertilizing them, from the female body. To protect them.
What I want to say here is that, men, you who have been shaping this world your way, please don’t fear us, we need you as you need us, because it is part of the plan. We don’t want to take anyone’s role, and so many of us have our own role to play, even if it doesn't apply with your vision of the world. This world is wide, wild, full of opportunities and is constantly changing.
Maybe opportunities you don’t yet know that you silently wish to explore?
Have faith in your freedom. You are loved, understood and forgiven if necessary.
We need all of you beautiful people, whoever and whatever you are, we need you entirely.
To understand how to be better, how to care better, how to protect better, to love better, how to live together, in peace and most of all in joy and harmony.
Let’s be kind, let’s be everything that our current system prevents us from being.
Let’s say fuck to trying to ‘fit in’ to please a system we don't want anymore.
There are already so many people doing it that there are no more positions available.
Each one of us is singular and special and that is our magic.
We must connect to each other, within one another spiritually speaking as we connect with our multidimensional self within.
The best way to understand how wide the potential of your being is, is to be open to what you call different to be also part of your own kind. We are part of each other.
Despite the fact it can be fierce and violent, I have never seen wars or discrimination in Nature.
Beyond right and wrong, white or colored, they and us, there is understanding.
Where love serves intelligence there are no mistakes possible.
Happy Full Moon in Gemini my dearest beautiful souls.
