Allow your mind to be the instrument, guided by your heart, that heals your soul.
Our minds tend to decide what we should or shouldn’t deserve.
Our insecurities can make it pay too much attention, wrongly, to 'aspects' with which some take pleasure in defining us.
They can be physical or related to personality.
Over time, we start to believe in these aspects that turn into trauma.
Those things that make us what we are not.
We can encourage not to believe in it, and it might not work.
Whereas these supposed 'aspects', mentioned by some, may hide the key to regain our wholeness.
When we embody our full energy potential, we do not seek the attention of the entire village.
We embody this attention.
What we seek is what we are not.
Embodying our full potential will inevitably frighten some who will want to break it, making us think that we are too much or not enough.
Make us believe in aspects of ourselves that are not quite true.
Good persuasion can turn a positive aspect into a negative one.
Regaining one’s wholeness also means accepting aspects of our being that others have deemed bad with the intention of hurting ourselves based on fear or jealousy.
When we believe in it, we start to conceal these parts of ourselves, thinking that we can get rid of them, but they are still there and will express themselves anyway, but not necessarily in the way we would like.
That’s where it creates an energy breach that allows people to come fuck up our energy, and not necessarily consciously.
Rejecting the aspects that truly define us in order to please those around us leads to becoming dependent on the need to satisfy the whims of others or, on the contrary, to become capricious oneself.
Holding others responsible for supplying us with what we believe we lack.
Holding us accountable for people’s misfortunes.
It can be love, affection, protection, anything.
We are not responsible for people’s misfortune, we are responsible for ours.
Our ability to manifest the life we want for ourselves depends on our capacity to acknowledge every aspect of our being regardless of the judgment of others.
What some want us to perceive as flaws may prove to be a strength.
It’s a matter of perspective.
Beyond right and wrong, there is understanding.
The energy breaches lie behind the patterns that we constantly recreate and which prevent us from being in charge of our life.
It’s important to be conscious that we accept to undergo these patterns and to understand that we do not necessarily have to do so.
Realize that these experiences may no longer be useful for us.
Manifestation is not just about thoughts but how we feel and believe.
Of course, conscious realizations start with thoughts.
But they only incarnate when your being is ready to feel them and believe in them.
It requires us to let go of old patterns created by traumas.
Which are for the brain a kind of comfort zone, a safe place, because that’s what it is used to knowing.
For the brain, it’s just a collection of information.
That’s why it allows pain patterns to reproduce all over in your life.
It requires being strong to put an end to these cycles.
And through pain it is more difficult to find the courage to reset and change a thought system in which we are used to living.
Who, in their suffering, would accept the risk of destroying their only last refuge?
This comfort zone is an apparent stability that prevents us from evolving where our soul desires to be.
Once again, our mind recreates patterns in order to feel safe.
In order not to think about the solutions that would allow us to evolve.
This is often where some give up, feeling that they do not deserve more than what they have.
Or, on the contrary, that they deserve what they do nothing to obtain.
The whim stems from the absence of needs.
Everything we need or want to be is at our disposal.
Getting what we need doesn’t hurt the living.
Being who we want to be should not hurt the living.
It’s a matter of conscience.
Should we deprive beings of air and sun to satisfy the human whim?
Should we judge people who do not follow the same path as us simply because we are unable to achieve ours?
We don’t.
And if we do it, it’s because we deny what makes us complete in our entirety.
No dream can be realized if we do not make the effort to acknowledge without judgment every aspect of what makes us unique.
It may not please everyone but it is not our problem, it is theirs.
There is not too much or not enough, there are no good or bad choices, there is only you on your path, at your own pace.
People made for you will always find you.
For this full moon in Taurus, I invite you, beautiful souls, to contemplate her, so perfect in her entirety, in possession of all her power.
I invite you to feel whole like her so as not to be subjected to whims, and in order to embody your own epiphany.
