Smallville Season 10 Episode 1

Clark and Jonathan scenes were always my favorite.

Gosh, how I missed those Clark/Jonathan combos! Clark definitely needs someone like him to go for advise and confort. They had so many deep talk scenes like that over the years. I miss that. And to think he lost him because he decided to save fricking Lana lang, that remembered me how angry I was after his death!!

I seen this whole series more than a few times and still every time I see that scene with Johnathan Kent I still choke up. This season makes me choke up a lot.

Love you got distracted and missed John's name in the credits 😍 We knew Jonathan would return as it was shown at comic con a few months prior but it was a hell of a touching scene.

You made it to the final season! Love anything to do with the suit, love the ending that shows despite some tough love, Jor-El still thinks Clark has a chance of overcoming this darkness in him. Can't wait till Episode 4, think that's still my favourite of the series.

Ahh yes Season 10!! The final season of SMALLVILLE! You did it DEV!! Like I said in previous comments, this is also an EPIC season and even though I prefer a little more of the storylines is Season 9. Season 10 also has good storylines and interesting/fun episodes as well. It’s a good mix of intensity, drama, light, comedic, fun, romance, sadness, and excitement which is needed for Season 10. It’s a fun ride and as Olivia said, all characters still are growing and finding themselves in this season. There’s a lot of development in terms of relationships and storylines. I think by now..you should know how Lois would react to earth shattering news or when she’s conflicted with her feelings. She would run away or take time for herself to think about things. She was happy to finally know Clark’s secret and she was more than happy to stay by his side and help him even if he didn’t tell her his secret. But then Lex came in and told her that she is Clark/The Blur’s greatest weakness. You have to understand how much weight that is on Lois. She knows Clark has a greater destiny and Lois being Lois who is constantly in the middle of breaking news/uncovering the truth and justice. She’s literally always getting into danger and in the way she feels like she’s a burden to Clark. Complex feelings even though she wants to be by his side and cheer him on. That’s why she decided to go to Africa because she’s also conflicted with her feelings of knowing everything and now wanting to protect Clark. Then we have Tess who saved Alexander, who is still young and good in some ways. Obviously, Tess has so much care and affection for Lex especially little Lex. Will Tess continue being shady secretive bad ass Tess or will she continue to have a change of heart and redeem herself? Once Chloe put that fate helmet on and saw whatever future..you knew she already would have some kind of plan in motion without Clark even knowing or the rest of the team. But it was also hinted by Dr. Fate that him and Chloe share the same fate. In a way that I also feel that Chloe and Tess have similar paths and fate too. Chloe decided to sacrifice herself in order to bring back Oliver. Whatever plan she has is still a mystery. 😆

Two things: 1) The actor who played tho old Lex, Mackenzie Gray did a flawless job, he's just took pages from Rosenbaum's acting handbook, copying his mannerisms, gestures, and his speaking style. It was really like seeing Rosenbaums Lex in an older version. 2) The scene with Jonathan and Clark was one of the most powerful, well-acted scene in the whole series. BTW, great reaction as always. Enjoy your new place Devlin!

Can't believe it's S10 finally...The scene with Clark and Jonathan still makes me cry after all this time. The show lost a great character when he died but I get it, Clark had to evovle without him. Great reaction...as always.

It seems you were confused when Jor-El said he did not bring Clark back to life. This is true because Lois was the one who brought Clark back to life.

For some reason I forgot everything that there is to look forward to this season. Well I didn't forget, I just was only thinking about a couple. I know 9 is the one that does it for most people but this, for me, is my favorite season. I love all the characters, all the relationships, all the conflicts, all the storylines. I have little to no complaints. There's no doubt in my mind that others do but for me, this is one hell of a fun ride with no apologies.
