Smallville Season 9 Episode 8 Reaction

This episode is fantastic. The only thing I didn’t like about is that Clark should had told Lois the true before he slept with her in the future, that was a missing opportunity to be honest with her imo, she was going to forget it anyway, he didn’t know that by then of course, he thought she was going to keep the memories and would warn them about the apocalyptic future but it would had be nice that the sex would had been with her kwing everything about him, the least she deserves.

Ep 9 Pandora is finaly here....I love the ending of the next episode so much. Great reaction...it was awesome watching an episode focused on Lois daydreaming about Clark and how close she's getting to finding out about who the Blur is. :D

BINGOOO! Lois has all the things that Clark NEEDS in a partner/girlfriend. She still stay true to her words from Season 4. Remember her talk with Chloe about secrets when Chloe found out about Clark? Lois said that she wouldn’t tell the person that she knows about their secret, she will continue to quietly support that person and hopefully one day that person will be comfortable or trust her enough to tell her themselves. She’s doing that with Clark/The Blur in this season and in this episode. But she’s not confronting him aggressively and even before in previous seasons when he did tell her his secret like in season 7 and season 8...she didn’t guilt trip him or got mad that he didn’t tell her his secret first. Cuz deep down she knows Clark kept it a secret from her to protect her and everybody that he cares/loves. How can she really hold that against him you know? Especially with such a huge secret and destiny that he has to fulfill? Also, how jaded and painful things he has to endure in his life. Lois will be patient with Clark ..the blur may have made her heart flutter, BUT she had strong feelings for Clark first..her thoughts and heart always go back to CLARK. ❤️

Well he said he’s done with school. So other than work, he’ll probably have more time to react to Smallville now. Hopefully, he’ll get react to Pandora tomorrow. It’s also my favorite episode!

As you said in previous reaction, Lois is just overall an amazing girl, she’ll understand both sides and even though she can be quite harsh at times..she understands and forgives people. For example, her dysfunctional relationship with her sister Lucy. Her up and down relationship with Oliver. Then this back and forth with her blooming relationship/friendship with Clark. All those times when Lois got close to knowing Clark’s secret, she was in a dangerous situations. He has reasons as to why he couldn’t tell her at those moments and even in this episode...he’s just trying to protect her. Plus, he’s still learning and moving forward to fulfilling his destiny.. he’s still not there yet you know? It would have been amazing if he told Lois, BUT it’s not the right time. Oh and the next episode is my favorite episode in season 9! PANDORA IS EPIC and it will explain A LOT of things that you’re curious about..👍

Honestly I started to really dislike Chloe in season 8. She has never been one of my favorite characters, but I always liked her from season 1 to season 7.

This one is in my top 3 clois related episodes. I don’t care about the wonder twins really, so just Clois did it for me. And Chloe and her methods are getting worse by episode, I never disliked chloe untill this season. I haven’t watched the reaction yet, I’ll comment more later.

When I was little (like really little) one of my first introductions to DC, other than the Fleicher Superman cartoons, was the Super Friends cartoon. Of all the "Super Friends" (they were basically the JL but weren't called JL), the Wonder Twins made the least impact on me. I remembered their powers and their catchphrase but their personalities just meshed to me. However, I did wonder why I never saw them in any other forms of media and if they were original characters. Once I started watching this show and got to this episode I was like, "wait a second, is that... are they?" And it clicked. I had forgotten all about them. No offense to anyone who has really fond memories of Super Friends but this is by far my favorite adaptation of the characters.
