About Irina Lozovaya

The first time I heard about Irina was when she wrote to me saying she would love to photograph me. She told me I was one of her inspirations since my collaboration with Ruslan Lobanov. I was supposed to work on a photography event organized by Sacha Leyendecker with her. So I went to her page and the first thing that came to mind was her profound beauty. I said yes, that I would be delighted to be her model. Later on, when we met in Spain, all my thoughts about her became clear: she is beautiful, a magnificent being, as beautiful inside as she is out. We shared the same room and we didn't need to speak to understand each other. I remember that day when we finished the photoshoot on the beach, at sunset. She was watching it, alone, apart from the group. I approached her and saw tears streaming down her cheeks. She was crying because the moment was magnificent. She was so beautiful in her truth, in her vulnerability, in her sincerity, in her authenticity. I fell in love with her soul, with her entire being. During our shoot, it felt like evidence. She is a real muse, she is a true artist. The purity of her soul pushed me to let go and trust the process, to trust her. I felt complete and flawless, even though I'm not used to seeing myself that way. I have other memories of her, but I will keep them for myself as treasures, proof of her genuine kindness and care. Thank you, Irina, for this wonderful moment and this unique series, the fruit of a respectful understanding of the soul. As deep as true you are.
