2020-04-15 07:00:24 +0000 UTCThat’s my theory. That “date” for coffee was basically to talk about the almost kiss and in Clark’s mind meeting her for coffee could mean two things and neither is completely true at this point: 1. he goes and tells her the kiss was a thing of the moment and he really is not interested right now. He obviously is attracted to her and he didn’t want to turned her down as he did with Chloe in early seasons, because he really didn’t want to close that door yet. 2. He tells her he is attached to her but that would be a mistake since he is clearly not ready. Anyway in Lois’s eyes he si not interested at all what is a good thing right now, that will allow her to move on with her life and that’s exactly what I want for her now.

2020-04-10 17:39:56 +0000 UTCLinda is so psychotic and really dumb. She is in restraints and alone with an other psychotic monster and taunting him . Ok enough with that. Great reaction man. Unlike other recent eps I smiled😃😃 in this one, especially Clark revealing his identity to Lois and that barn scene was really great Erica Can act man she can change a silly conversation to real emotional😙😍 one. Once again great reaction, looking forward to the next one.. 💖💖 that ending song..
2020-04-10 15:26:16 +0000 UTCI never understood the ending of this episode, he's not really busy to have coffee with her...he's standing like 20 feet away. It's weird that he's spying on her while bailing on her at the same time. The lie that Lois had to write in the message is so sad. great reaction :D

2020-04-10 09:52:10 +0000 UTCI'm gonna repeat what I told Katrina, I'm pleasantly surprised to hear it. I just figured that after all the Clana controversy we've had these past couple months that you'd be all for jumping right into Clois. Glad to see that even the anti-Clanas still have reasonable expectations.

2020-04-10 07:22:27 +0000 UTCMe too but they do that dumb stuff where they take back everything which really sucks
2020-04-10 07:16:09 +0000 UTCReally he told chloe where it was at
2020-04-10 07:15:15 +0000 UTCI’m glad there wasn’t any romantic Clois in this episode or any time soon for that matter, is too soon after the clana bs and Lois deserves better than to be a rebound. Clark has a long way to go before he is ready for Lois. The cafe scene was sad but I’m fine with it, I don’t want Lois into him for now, she should dedicate to her work at the DP, bury her feelings for Clark and keeps him in the friendzone. And there’s a solution for the clana drama, Clark only had to go a couple of weeks back, a month top and live his happy ever after with Lana and leave Lois the hell alone.

2020-04-10 07:13:24 +0000 UTCIm in a strange place with this episode I mean I agree with Olivia that for most of it it felt like a rehash, but all the clois moments from the revealing his secret, barn scene, and ending ( which I appreciate wouldn't want Clark to rush into Clois after just breaking up with Lana) make me like it.

2020-04-10 07:09:52 +0000 UTCI can see where your coming from but that clois barn scene makes the episode for me.

2020-04-10 06:51:52 +0000 UTCWhen Clark was telling Chloe about the ring, Linda was there and overheard him say where it was and what it can do. That's how she knew where it was. Love ya man but you really REALLY need to start paying more attention. lol
2020-04-10 06:49:23 +0000 UTCI gotta be honest, this is an episode I'm very eh about. The past couple times I've rewatched the show I didn't mind just skipping it. I know some people are already triggered like "What?! You'd rather watch Power and Requiem over this?!" Well I'm sorry but at least those episodes did contribute to the show's overarching plot, this episode was basically filler. There are parts I enjoyed like Clark coming out to Lois (my second or third favorite coming out scene in the show), and I liked the ending with the ring. Everything in the middle was, as odd as this sounds, both too slow AND too fast if that makes any sense. It's definitely not a bad episode (I stand by the claim that all episodes of SV have some sort of value), but I don't love it. I feel like the only point of it was to show an alternate reality of people finding out Clark's secret (as if this show didn't have enough of those) and to make Clark more reluctant to come out to Lois. It's basically a weaker rehash of Reckonning. If you love it, more power to ya it's just not for me.

2020-04-10 06:41:39 +0000 UTCDon't take this the wrong way but I'm kind of pleasantly surprised to hear this. I love it, it's the perfect response. I've just seen so many other patrons just so over Clana that they (including Devlin) wanna rush into Clois and whenever I try and touch on it being too soon and Clark still needs to fully put Lana behind him in his heart, the Anti-Clana lynch mob comes running with their pitchforks. Beautifully said 👌

2020-04-10 06:31:31 +0000 UTCClois scenes are always either so light hearted and fun or meaningful/lovely. That barn scene is one my favorite clois scenes as well, the whole YOU ARE SPECIAL line. That ending was hurtful to me when I watched it back then, but then at the same time I understand Clark being hesitant. As explained by Chloe in their scene together, the reason he’s not telling his secret to Lois is cuz he’s afraid to get hurt again as well as hurting Lois too. Look what happened to him and Lana, he thought it could work out but it wasn’t meant to be. Also, that last meeting and closure of Clana was beautifully tragic. You can’t get mad at Clark for being scared to open up again, especially to Lois who already has been in so many dangerous situations because of his secret. I mean Clark technically was there at the cafe, he just didn’t have enough courage to go up to her. He’s not ready for that yet and even though it wasn’t cool that he stood her up. Lois also said that she’s not expecting anything even though she clearly hoping he was going to show up. Clark really needs to prioritize his feelings and as much as we all wanted Clois at this point in the season. But it’s not good to totally rush the Clois goodness, there has to be hesitation and hurt. I’m sure Clark didn’t want to hurt Lois by not showing up to the cafe, but like I said he’s still going through some shit and has some many mixed feelings. It’s understandable! You still have 7 episodes and more storylines to discover and character development for all characters. Keep it up!! Oh you’re not going to react to ep 16 today? It’s Friday.. or do you not react to things on Friday? Anyways, well I guess I’ll catch you on Sunday if you’re not doing a Smallville reaction later today.
