I got the feeling Lana wasn't very happy about the baby. She probably hasn't decided if she wants to keep it or not so it makes sense for her not to tell Lex. If I happened to become pregnant unexpectedly I wouldn't tell the father until I knew what I wanted to do with the baby, so that they couldn't persuade me to change my mind. And if I decided to abort it I wouldn't say anything.
