AI_Screencap + BetterAA and MessageCenter updates

Screencap has been rewritten for AI by essu, huge thanks for that! I added some settings, made the dll pretty and put it online. To use, press F1 and search for "screenshot". Click the setting names to see their descriptions. Source code.
BetterAA got an update to work correctly with the latest version of Screencap. You need to get both of these plugins at the same time.
MessageCenter got updated to show mod compatibility errors on screen (the previous release had a bug that prevented this from working sometimes). Since the above two plugins use this feature, it's recommended to get this too.
For now there are no releases posted on the github repositories because these builds require a test build of BepInEx5 that is only used in AI-Shoujo so far. They will be released officially after BepInEx5 gets officially released.
