Hey Patreon! I know I literally just said I wanted to do easier puzzles for a change, but I just had to know what was inside the super rare holographic puzzle that I showed in my recent haul video. You'll have to watch the video to see my reaction and find out whether it's solvable or not.
Outside of my own video this week, I also contributed to Tom Scott's newest video. He had filmed at a bear preserve a few weeks ago, but in the middle of it, a bear ran off with his GoPro and dropped it in the lake. Luckily the team at the wildlife center was already planning on cleaning the lake, so they fished out the GoPro. However, Tom was already in Europe and didn't want to deal with sending it through customs. So he had them mail to me, where I opened it up and send over the footage for him to edit.
And after all of that, he posted another video on his channel with the new GoPro footage, and also included a few shots of my hands holding the camera. And he gave me a shoutout to his million+ viewers!
I didn't think I had anything exclusive to share with Patreon this week, but then I had the idea that I could share my reaction footage that I sent to Tom when I got the camera, looked at the footage for the first time, and tried to see if it would turn on. So for the very few of you who are both invested in the bear saga and are also patrons on here, enjoy this bonus content:
The other project I've been working on this week is designing our team t-shirts for the World Jigsaw Puzzle Championships. My team is getting together in Connecticut for a practice competition in a few weeks, so hopefully we'll have the shirts ready to debut then. Stay tuned!
Thank you so much for being a patron and supporting my channel, and I will see you all next week. (Hopefully I'll have finished the 9000 piece puzzle by then? We'll see.)
