You all have been so patient and it's finally here - Part 2 of the 9000 Piece Zodiac puzzle! You don't believe how fast I'm getting through it. You can watch the video right here:
Make sure to leave your guess for my final time in the comments, and whoever gets closest will get a shoutout in the next video!
I'm already back to work on the final part (solving that giant purple sky!), but I'm getting a little interrupted by a break from the internet I've had scheduled for a while. I'll be offline for about two weeks and will be back in mid-June.
In the meantime, I've scheduled all of the short videos I've been posting to TikTok and Instagram to publish on YouTube once a day at 3pm PST starting on Sunday. So you can relive the experience of solving this giant puzzle - think of it like your favorite TV show running reruns for a week.
Shorts are a big part of how my channel gets discovered by new viewers, so it would mean a lot to me if you could watch and comment on them - plus you get to see the time lapses sped up even further, which is even more satisfying!
Exclusive Content
For my paid patrons, I shared an exclusive preview of this video last Sunday. And today I put up a bonus video with deleted scenes from this video and a closer look at every single wedge and all of the different textures I was working on. If you're a paid patron, you should see another post with a link to that video.
Other Puzzle News
In other news, I got a brief mention on the storytelling radio show The Moth last week. AJ Jacobs, who wrote the book The Puzzler told a story about competing in the 2019 World Jigsaw Puzzle Championships. You can listen for free right here:

I also wanted to let you all know that I will officially be at two speed puzzling competitions this summer in addition to World's. I'll be at the Northeast Regional Championship in Connecticut, as well as the California State Championship in Redwood City. You can see all the info for those events plus other events right here:

A bit of a shorter newsletter this week as I'm heading off for my mini summer break. But keep puzzling and I'll be back soon!
