First time commenting! I wondered when this would be brought up. Bleeding from the eyes and mouth like that wouldn't be healthy it even make me wonder if she'd give birth early due to all the stress. I even fear she might have complications and bleed out and die during birth or the cubs die because who knows how much damage that could have on the body when you pregnant. Her fears are valid. I hope she okay.
