Burial Mound

"Not only are we in a sandstorm, but night has fallen. Does anybody know where we are going?!' The group are exhausted, and the sand still hits them from every angle. 'Maybe we should rest here for the night. If we can get the tents up...', 'agreed', said the captain. 'There is no point in going any further. We will be going in circles'. The group stop and begin to set up camp. They are trained for camping in these harsh conditions, and the speed at which they can set up a tent in a sandstorm is very impressive. One of them thrusts another tent pole into the ground, but he feels resistance. He plunges it into the same hole one more time, this time piercing whatever resisted, and blood rises up within the sand. The ground all of a sudden begins to shift, and swirl. All around them it moves, making it very difficult to even stand up. A huge hulking head appears from below the dunes with a piercing screech. The Captain yells 'Sand Beast! We fight!"
