Moonlight Encounter - Kobold Lair is a 3rd level encounter. Kobolds have claimed these caves believing that the fossils belong to ancient dragons. They are attacking archaeologists and townsfolk alike, so the call has gone out to adventurers to rid the caves of this nuisance.
