A tad late halloween release, but she ended up quite nice.
Ultimate Perona, partially using some of DV89 ports as a base, with her Pre and post TS outfits, custom texture work, custom animated ghost, colliders, heel collision and fully simmed clothes/rigged CUAclothing.
NOTES:
1) The pre TS outfit has a LOT of physics and I did a fair bit of work to make them higher quality, as a result they have a higher polygon count so depending on your specs they might lower the fps, I put them on low iterations but either way disabling the sim should fix it if it's too much.
2) Has colliders as scene CUAs, you can save and use them with CUAManager.
Colliders are not perfect but should work in most scenes, since the umbrella/kumachi/etc are rigged they will also interact with them.
3) Has a third clothing preset; Extras, which includes cut down stripe socks, a custom animated ghost idle, a rigged ghost and a rigged Kumachi.
4) Looks best with anime shaders but should look great even without, there's screenshots of both
5) If using anime shaders the eyes might have a weird outline, simply lower the "Iris fix" morph and should remove it with no noticeable difference.
