New/reworked tier + October poll winner + tentative release dates

1) First is this new tier; before I had a special option/tier to pay for commissions through patreon.
After a recent discussion with a supporter regarding a commission I decided to rework this into a proper support tier to lower prices as a bundle offer; the Vice-Admiral tier.
This tier entitles you to one public commission with 1 full outfit, rigged hair and full textures which are usually around 70ish dollars, or pay for most of the price of an ultimate commission which are usually around 110ish dollars, it will also bundle ALL the other tiers for a total discounted price of 80 dollars.
You will also get full access to all the quartermaster perks like direct voting, submissions, early Treasure Trove access and early WIP downloads, plus all the swashbuckler benefits of the monthly poll and screenshots.
This is one commission per monthly pledge and covers a standard EA commission as of now, so you'd get one commission in November and then another in December if you pledge for two months and so on, PLEASE MESSAGE ME THROUGH DISCORD/PATREON BEFORE ACQUIRING THIS TIER SO WE CAN DISCUSS THE COMMISSION.
2) The winner of the october poll was a surprising landslide that only got bigger after applying the voting benefits; Tsuyu Asui!
3) I got a tad delayed with the intended Halloween releases, tried to get Hex ready yesterday but I just couldn't find the time, she will be released in a few hours.
Perona should be ready within the next 3ish days.
After that is a commission of Kimberly from SF6.
Then Tsuyu would be due for release around mid November or so, the submission/voting process for November will start some days before that.
