The votes were quite close between her and Tsuyu but quartermaster votes made the difference.
It will be based on the model by Aequdsama, due to a previously settled commission she will release a bit later than usual around October 12ish or so.
The October poll will start around that date, swashbuckler/quartermaster supporters can send their pick for that month whenever they wish to.
