Starting list for July monthly poll

As of Sunday 6th, 3 characters have been added, I will message swashbucklers personally but do keep in mind you need to message me the character at least around 2ish days before the list closes.
Like June, this list will be entirely swashbuckler picks so this is a perfect chance to get that character you want. For transparency and so every choice has the same opportunity, the next week and half I will update this list in real time so everyone can see the current list, once that time passes, the voting will go live with the characters at the time and the winner of that poll will be the next immediate release.
This list will be up until Monday, July 14th, swashbucklers have until around July 12th to send me their picks.
Additionally, just a small notice that June poll winner, Jack-O Valentine, should be coming out around tomorrow/Monday.
