Sneak Peek for future content & small update to the swashbuckler tier

The next character to be released is I-no from Guilty Gear, you can see a small preview of her WIP look on the attached screenshots.
This is still a WIP, much like like Jolyne I'll do a LOT of work on her texture details to make it as close to the strive look as possible and that's gonna be the biggest challenge for this release.
She will have her Strive and original costumes with a bikini as an extra, with rigged hat, hair and guitar as usual.
Beyond that there's a lot of work left, have to clean up the jacket topology to fix the deformation and fix the decal alpha details for example, but ideally should be coming out in the next few days.
Additionally, just a small announcement that swashbuckler tier will now have x4 votes.
List will be closed by Monday 19th and the voting process will commence shortly after.
After I-no, there should be 1-2 more character releases by around Monday 26th, at which point the winner of the poll will take immediate priority after that last release.
