Jason was furious and worried as he walked back toward the car, with that golden energy dissipating Wanda's astral form still floating in his mind. Shaking off that bad feeling, he decided to do something about this situation. He couldn't let those from that other universe interrupt his peaceful life again.

"Huh?!" Linda was standing next to the car, with a totally confused look on her face. The same look was on Emma's face as she was sitting inside. "What the heck?!" He walked over to her. "How did you get here? I just dropped you off at the studio?" He asked Linda, confused. He knew that there was no way for her to get this far in less than an hour. It was impossible.

Linda turned to him, her face pale. "I... I don't know, Jason. One moment I was looking at myself in the washroom mirror at the studio, and the next, I was standing here. It's like I was... I don't know... Just appeared here or something?!"

Jason's mind raced. This wasn't normal. Something—or someone—had intervened. He instinctively glanced around, scanning the surroundings for any sign of another astral form or any kind of magical disturbance. Before he could ask more questions, a faint hum began to resonate through the air. The sound grew louder, accompanied by a swirling vortex of light and energy materializing beside the car. Jason's eyes widened as the portal opened, its pull immediate and powerful.

"NOT HAPPENING!!" Without thinking he grabbed Linda's wrist and pulled her behind him, shielding her from the portal's influence. Emma jumped out of the car and hid behind Jason as well. If he was alone, he could have run away, but with two more people with him, it was impossible to run away from that thing.

The vortex intensified, the humming growing deafening as it swirled and pulsed with energy. Burning chains erupted from the portal, wrapping themselves around Jason, Linda, and Emma. They struggled against their bonds as they were dragged toward the portal. Jason tried to break free, but those chains felt indestructible to him.

"Jason!" Linda screamed as she gripped his arm tightly. Emma clung to his other side, both women struggling desperately to escape the chains' grip. But it was futile; they were powerless against this force of nature.

"You've become weak, human," A familiar voice came from the portal. "You lost your power, didn't you? You lost it when you crossed dimensions. You gave up your godhood to live a false peace." It continued to speak, mocking Jason.

'Mephisto!' Jason gritted his teeth as he glared at that portal with hatred.

"Look at this useless world without any power, a primitive world devoid of magic and Chi! Such an inferior world! You traded your power for this pathetic world? Ha! I expected more from you, Jason. The man who bested me and stole my powers and treasures... Such a shame. This time, I'll take everything from you, just like you took everything from me. Oh, and I'm gonna enjoy torturing this family of yours in the eternity of hell." Mephisto's voice rang out again, mocking Jason.

'Tsk. If I use my destructive power... I might end up hurting them. And my teleportation power only works on me. Should I just buff them up and fight or make them run away? But with that demon fucker's influence here, he won't rest still until he gets them and me. Even if I kill him, he must have another plan in motion. He won't make the same mistake as last time. I can't risk that. This planet isn't safe anymore with me here. Dang! Wanda, bringing trouble in my peaceful life. I'm pretty sure that demon asshole followed her to this realm. Anyway, there isn't any other choice. Can't let this Earth be overrun by demons. Well, good luck, Jason.'

With a roar of pure rage, Jason managed to break free of the chains and looked up at the sky as he flicked his finger again. A wisp of golden energy flew out of his body, disappearing into the clouds above. The clear sky darkened as thunderstorm clouds gathered, lightning crackling across the heavens.

"Heimdall! You better open the fucking Bifrost now before I blast Asgard to oblivion! If you think I'm joking, just try me!" He roared, his eyes glowing golden, radiating powerful energy.

Linda and Emma were stunned by the sudden change in Jason. Linda stared at him in shock, unable to comprehend what was happening. Emma's eyes widened in disbelief as she watched the sky turn dark, thunderbolts flashing across the clouds. They wanted to run away, but at that time, their body was frozen in that place due to the extreme energy surrounding the area.

Suddenly, a rainbow-colored bridge appeared in the sky, heading toward Jason. "Finally!" He muttered under his breath.

"What's happening?" Emma asked, her voice trembling with fear.

He turned to them, his expression serious. "I want you to hold on tight to me. No matter what happens, don't let go. Do you understand?"

Both women nodded, gripping him tightly as the bridge descended upon them. Linda gasped as she felt herself being lifted off the ground, carried aloft by some unknown force. Emma let out a small scream as she clung to Jason's arm. Then a flash of bright light enveloped them as the rainbow bridge carried them into the sky, disappearing in a brilliant burst.

Meanwhile, Wanda's astral form once again appeared at the scene...

"So nice of you to follow me," She scoffed, gathering her chaos magic around her hands.

"You witch!" Mephisto growled angrily as he glared at her through the portal. "I should thank you for helping me find that thief. Bring him to me and I'll give you what you want. I know what you want... You can not hide it from my eyes. Let's make a deal, Witch."

Wanda just glared at the portal as chaos magic crackled around her body.

"Oh, yes. I can make it happen. All you have to do is hand over that guy to me," Mephisto said with a sly smile.

Wanda sneered, "So many have fallen for that trick of yours, you really think I'll fall for it too?"

Mephisto chuckled evilly, "Oh, you're smarter than most mortals, aren't you? Resisting my deal isn't a small feat. Impressive. But I've seen the future; I know what will happen, Witch. You'll come to be sooner or later."

"Yet, you lost to a mortal and he took everything away from you... Let's say, you have seen the future. Was Jason present in that future?" Wanda smirked, taunting the demon lord. "Why do you think I exhausted everything I had to break through his barrier and face him, risking death? That future you saw won't come to pass," The red energy around her became more intense.

"Don't tell me?!" The demon's voice wavered.

"All thanks to you, he went back. You put his family in danger... Well, how long do you think you can survive? Enjoy hell while it lasts. It's only a matter of time before he comes for you." She threw a bolt of her chaos magic at the portal, disrupting it before disappearing again.

"Argh!!!!!!" Mephesto roared in anger and frustration as the portal collapsed, "WE WILL SEE ABOUT THAT!!"

[Back to Jason]

Before the Bifrost could take them to Asgard, Jason punched a hole in space and jumped out of it, landing straight in a familiar place. The roof of the Avenger's Tower, to be precise.

"You two alright?" Jason asked them after they recovered their sense. Emma and Linda glanced at each other before nodding their heads. The sudden rush of events overwhelmed them. They still had trouble believing what was going on. They were surrounded by six heroes from comics. "Don't say anything. I'll explain later," He used telepathy to reassure them. Both girls looked surprised and confused when he spoke. They nodded in acknowledgment, though.

Professor X, Tony Stark, Black Widow, Blink, Wanda, and Dr. Strange were standing before them on the roof.

Jason walked toward Professor X, "Charles..."

"Jason..." Prof X was at a loss for words as he stared at the young man. His aura was completely different from what it used to be. It was weaker than before, much weaker than he imagined.

Jason sighed, "We had a deal, Charles. I kept my words, yet you didn't keep yours. You brought trouble to my family and my peaceful life. What should I do now? Maybe I'll kill that demon and you all..." He raised a finger, aiming at the Professor. The pressure around the area increased. It was as if the gravity around the heroes increased by two folds. "Maybe then, no one will bother me again," He threatened.

However, before anyone could say anything...

[Zooom!] The Bifrost opened. A beam of rainbow light descended onto the tower.

"YOU INGRATE FOOL! I'LL KILL YOU!" A woman jumped out of the beam with her sword in hand. Her golden armor radiated a powerful aura as she rushed toward Jason.

"Sif?!" He quickly raised a barrier around him and his family as the sword slashed down on him, creating a shockwave that rippled throughout the tower.
