Few changes for my Patreon + brand new tier!!

I wanted to make a quick little update regarding my patreon, I've some feedback that my $15 tier was kinda inexpensive due to the rewards which contains free monthly colored bust sketch or uncolored fullbody sketch. I actually moved those to the newest tier Werewolf Fluff ($20) because I think it's right for the price. (Since the new tier is barely opened as of today, i will likely add a bit more to that tier later so stay tune!)
Other stuff I changed is moved the 15% discount for commissions reward from tier $10 to tier $15, added a huge name shoutout reward for those who supported me dearly, have access to all my SAI/PSD files for tier $10, and organized and minor change tier description.
I hope the changes of this are fair for others and thank you for those who're supporting my patreon cause it really means a lot to me. <3
