Sekiro: Camera Offset Mod Update (v1.4.0)

- Added lock-on swing (having the camera move between either side of the player character).
- Improved lock-on tracking and reduced jitter when getting very close to the tracking point.
- Fixed one-frame jitter when acquiring lock-on.
- And made a bunch of other tweaks.
Quick-start:
- Extract the mod injector "ModLoader-v0.3.0-xinput1_3.zip" into the game's directory if you haven't installed an equivalent.
- Extract "SekiroCameraMod-ReleaseSE-v1.4.0.zip" into the same directory.
- Optionally check the config file for customizations.
