Flames of a New Semester (Outline)

• First Line: Crystal Henderson was nervous.
• Hard to blame her given her situation. Sitting in the waiting room outside of the headmaster of the college’s office
• She didn’t remember walking in either. She remembered the cab coming by her home to pick her up, getting in, loading it up with her stuff, and sitting inside. It was a personal cab sent to her by the school and she must have dozed up.
• When she woke up, Crystal was in the waiting room and the secretary took her to relax. “All humans must meet with the headmaster first.”
• The secretary… she was a dragon woman. A dragon with blue scales, a rather long body, and glasses. She was busy working on a computer ever since the announcement.
• The sight should’ve scared her, but it didn’t. She knew to expect this. I mean, when you enroll in such a prestigious, otherworldly college such as Dragonscales Academy, you needed to expect nothing but the unusual
• It was a very, very long story about how Crystal even heard about the place, applied, the whole works. Simply, when she was searching for more prestigious colleges after doing a small stint in a community one, she learned about this place from a mysterious recruit
• With her grades being good enough to apply for scholarship for a full ride, somehow, Crystal took the opportunity.
• She was about to think about a few other points when the headmaster’s door opens. Two more dragons step out, male and female. One very busty the other buff
• They wave goodbye to the headmaster, a very tall black dragon with red eyes… packed into a casual blouse and pants combo.
• As they walk by, they give Crystal a thumbs up before the headmaster calls her up.
• Not knowing what to say or do in response to the two, she just hurries into the room.
• Big room with lots of bookshelves, big computer, bigger desk and chair. She sits across from the desk in one of the chairs that’s for much bigger people than her
• Headmaster introduces himself as Fafnir Heisenberg and welcomes her to the college. She responds back with a thank you, still a bit… anxious
• “Now, now.  I can tell you are nervous. It is only fair as a human attending such a prestigious academy as this. Don’t worry. You’ll be treated as fair as anyone else here.”
• That is somewhat comforting but Crystal remains anxious regardless.
• Fafnir goes on, saying he likes to meet with such students before they attend the welcome ceremony that introduces new students to the campus and life here. He wants to make sure they feel at home first
• “Now, are you sure you are ready for this bold new step in your life?” He asks suddenly.
• Weird to ask when she was already there, but despite her nerves, she felt ready. She nodded her head and said that she was.
• Light gray smoke leaves his nose as he speaks, “Gooood. Time to prepare yourself for your new life.”
• He opens his mouth, flames appearing in the back of his throat. Crystal gasps, time seeming to stop.
• What… what is he gonna…
• Jaws open wider, mouth gets brighter and from it comes green and purple flames.
• Flames that strike Crystal and engulf her & her chair
• Crystal screams, feeling the heat. She believes that incredible pain is about to overwhelm her and she’ll be dead.
• But it doesn’t. No pain comes. Just a very warm, toasty feeling. She even seems flames on her skin and clothing but that’s it
• How… how is this possible? She asks, though feels stupid after considering she is talking about a dragon in a dragon school in some other… plane of existence? Dimension? Universe? Hard to say
• What she can say is that looking at herself… her pale skin is looking brighter. Is that the flames?
• No, her skin is different. Her arms look rougher, the texture scalier. The color is… purple? Light purple?
• Whatever it is, it is spreading! Scales cloak her entire arms.
• Her hands twitch and tremble. Fingernails grow longer, turning into short claws. Fingers are a little longer. Hands totally scaly
• She holds them up and looks them over. Holy crap, this was happening!
• Fafnir stops blowing flames at her and clears his throat, gently rubbing the soot stains off his mouth with a napkin. “There we are! Just let it all burn you within, making you new and ready for this new beginning.”

TF Outline:
Taller, tears at shoes, claws, three toed feet, partially tail, narrower waist, scales on legs, bulges on back, breast expansion, makeup burns off, eyes, ears fade out, hair length, hair color, horns, longer tail, hip and breast expansion, muzzle, wings

• Crystal is panting, brushing her head. The last flames have left and with them, her humanity was gone
• Crystal is shocked, looking down at herself… and mostly getting chesticles in her eyes
• But that was beside the point. She was a beauty, a striking dragon woman
• There’s excitement in her that she can’t contain within herself. Tail is swaying and wings are flapping
• Wings flap too hard and she launches a bit into the air and out of the chair
• She quickly regains control on the landing, panting a little after that panic.
• Fafnir assures her she’ll get used to her dragon self and it’ll all come natural over time.
• Crystal nods. She is still in awe at herself, but does like how she turned out. She’s gonna need to get a few selfies and send them to her family and friends back home.
• Fafnir says she can leave and head for orientation, time to meet the rest of the campus
• Crystal says that’s okay, but she doesn’t know how to get there. First time she’s been here
• Fafnir smiles and says he’ll have one of the special students take her there. He presses a button on the table telling his secretary to send them in.
• At that moment, the door opens a new dragon steps in. It’s a big red dragon man, a foot taller than her. Really buff.
• Crystal’s heart starts beating faster. She is in awe of him… and maybe more?
• She’s never been attracted to dragons before, so where was this coming from? Is it a side effect being transformed?
• She shouldn’t be so foolish… even though she wonders would he would look like with all of his clothes off.
• She shakes her head and tries to focus… that’s when the red dragon chuckles, asking if she has been paying attention.
• Apparently the two have been talking and trying to get her attention, which she hadn’t notice with her mind so consumed.
• Crystal plays it off and says to please show her around… Mister?
• The dragon introduces himself as Ahi. Crystal nods and follows him out.
• Her heart still races. She had a wild year before her. Maybe this college life will be even more changing that she originally thought it would be.
