Subscription Model Change Part 2
Added 2023-02-16 20:54:25 +0000 UTCThat last poll was a lot closer than I was expecting, so I'll try explaining it more. If you are an existing Patron, nothing will change for you and you will still be charged on the 1st of each month. This will only impact new Patrons that subscribe after the 1st of the month.

From what I can tell, this looks to be beneficial to new Patrons as they will get a full month when they subscribe instead of just getting until the end of that month. If there are some other downsides that I am not seeing, please let me know. And if you want to keep the current billing system, please explain why.

It’s really how Patreon should have set up its subscriptions to begin with. Whatever day you start is your billing day. Definitely switch over. It’s much better for everyone.

2023-02-17 04:45:14 +0000 UTCimo every page should do this (unless you specifically release content on the 1st) otherwise there's no reason to ever join a page if it isn't very early in the month, you'd be wasting money
