ComicCon Question
Added 2018-06-27 20:07:00 +0000 UTCAs every year, this year I will try to go to a "ComicCon like" in my country, and I have a question for you since you are my target audience. When you go to a ComicCon or some similar event, what kind of merchandise do you buy? What do you most want to buy?

If I get to go to a ComicCon in NY or another country, probably go for a walk and buy things, I do not think I'm going to sell things, it's very complicated to have everything ready for those events and doing it in another country must be too stressful hahaha

2018-07-01 03:28:11 +0000 UTCSomething exclusive that the merchant has brought to the con whether that's a figure, art print, comic, or just something unique that I dont have or haven't seen before. That it shows the passion and hard work the artist put into it. An example of that I can give you right now is last year, an artist that I never heard of before had this print of Mercy and Reaper from Overwatch (I like me some OW but I am not a die hard fan of it just yet). However, I have never seen the way this artist drew them and it was a metallic print. The cost was $50 if I remember right (found it to be expensive) but it looked so cool to me that I just needed to get it. It was my second time ever buying a metallic print. Normally though, I just like to strike up a conversation and get to know the artist (if there isn't a line of people behind or next to me waiting for the same artist too). Makes me establish a more personal connection to their art. Either way, glad you are heading to a con! Wish one day you can make to the NYCC and meet you. 😁😀

2018-06-29 12:49:08 +0000 UTCthese days I get mostly comics. my days of accumulating prints, figurines, posters etc are pretty much over. at cons i like to find artists trying to swing their own comic and if its something I would enjoy then I try to support them.
