Bit of an update for y'all.

I will apologize ahead of time for my recent absence. I'll be a bit slower these days since my wife's pregnancy isn't exactly going perfectly. Nothing too scary. But there's been a lot of hospital visits, tests, shopping for preparation, etc..., as there will likely be need for an early induced birth to minimize risk.

As you can imagine, this is a wee bit stressful. Just a tiny bit, really.

Jokes aside, I am not exactly in the perfect mind space to be creative currently. I will be writing as much as I can, and I'm almost done with the following chapter, but in case I vanish a bit here and there I am letting you know ahead of time that I'm dealing with a lot currently and that it's got me pretty distracted and busy.

I've spent the whole day today either in the hospital or gathering the stuff we'll need.

I'll make sure to update you guys if anything else happens, but for now, things are stable and I will most certainly be around to post new chapters. I'm almost done with the next one, but I am utterly incapable of maintaining the same pace as before, for pretty obvious reasons.

I could maybe force the chapters out, but I know damn well that all that will achieve is drive the story into the ground and I'd rather not deal with having to retroactively fix stupid distracted mistakes. Quality first. Always.
