It has fabric and leather options and yes its dyable
1.1 Added to Tutorial chest for now (I will remove from tut chest when AV Item Shipment Framework will get 1.4 update)
INSTALLATION
Use BG3 Mod manager or Vortex Manager (but BG3 is better)
