19 eyes preset using Eyes of the Beholder
And I highly recommend to install these mod for eye colors:
KaiLime Eyes - Illithid Soul, Stormy Skies, P4 Custom Eye Colours
REQUIREMENTS
Use BG3 Mod manager or Vortex Manager (but BG3 is better)
Eyes of the Beholder is required
INSTALLATION
Download Eyes of The Beholder - Main file and one of the presets.
You can only use one preset in game that means you need to choose (but you can switch presets, just remove current preset in mod manager and add new one).
ISSUES
I didn't test it properly so there're may be some errors or something
