Dear Guido: where is "here" [where the 5.7x28 is outlawed, likely due to being a military cartridge?] Also: the ridiculously high cyclic rate of the MG3 is a "feature," not a bug (or so I've been told!) π€£ I was unaware the USMC had ever standardized on an "urban" pattern; are you sure you're not confusing the USN blue/grey marpat camo fatigues for an "urban" USMC pattern? They could do double duty in that regard...

31:30 -- (wrt Project Lightening fiscal viability) According to C&Rsenal, due to YT's censorship/suppression of PL, they did not realize the boost in viewership they'd hoped for when brainstorming the project, nor were able to recoup the a$$ociated co$t$ of production, which means they have been hesitant to engage in similar ambitious undertakings [which I'm certain pleases the faceless anti-2A cretins composing Alphabet Corp no end...]
The best thing everyone here on FW can do is go to YT, search for Project Lightening [note the spelling is intentionally incorrect, NOT "lightning"], watch, like & comment on those vids [to prod the algorithm] and to subscribe to C&Rsenal. It is seriously beyond me how anyone who enjoys FW isn't already subbed to C&Rsenal [now The Old Gun School due to their recent format change] but somehow the Venn diagram of the respective channel memberships is not two superposed circles; I know: weird, right?..

Wouldn't the proper way (out of the many) to do an old-fashioned *be* the old-fashioned way? Asking for a friend... π

pp(k) is one timeless great design. 1928 DA/S_A is what? 45years and more before that became the standard? --just looking at the grip to slide position. WHO designed that sig? literally unergonomic.-- amazing enough after so much time the gpmg 58 and pk still are hard to beat. if the darn thing wouldn't run that freaking fast I would place the mg3 close at least if not just as good. and that is heavy already.-- you need t pattern urban usmc bdu. -- aside pure function. I don't get to experience that much at all because laws and rules. oddball magazins will be tricky with regular sized pouches to hold the darn mag would be my thinking.-- the very caliber of the p90 is outlawed here. a p90 in 30carb and/or 7,62tok would be something. -- wow. then I am a collector. rather hard to do where I am and other license. some revolvers by one maker plus others. 3milsurps, too. laughable stateside maybe. here... rather nice.-- nice holiday.

The MG42/MG3 in some form is still in production in Turkey and Pakistan. Rheinmetall is still developing new variants, although mostly for tank/vehicle use.
