Often bullied by her peers, she began doing her own makeup, but with nobody to teach her the proper way, she ended up going to school looking like a clown.
She leaned into the clown look more to avoid other kids calling her "shark girl" which she hated, and much preferred "clown girl"
Initially, she went down the path of evil, befriending Haha Honey eventually. Once she realized the actual terror Haha Honey inflicted on society, she turned to the hero side.
The last thing Haha Honey screamed at her was ASSCLOWN, which Kimiko misheared as Assuklown and thus made that her hero name due to her voluptuous booty.
