I can't wrap my head around how incomprehensable HUGE the girls would be at 10 times their current size! You can't even spot the tinies on her hand anymore (or just barely) while a cruise-ship, a jumbo-jet and a fucking aircraft-carrier as well as 2 Buildings and 3 Abrams-Tanks fit easily into her palm.
Interaction between a giantess of this size and the tinies would still be possible (convenient universe-rules are convenient) but REALLY hard to visualize... If a tiny stands in the palm of her hand, you basically can't see him/her as mentioned - except if you zoom in reaaaaaaaaally close. But then you'd only see a skin-colored plane surface instead of a hand.....
Oh which cruel pros and contras have been bestowed upon me....
