Elliott this is over a year old now ๐ ๐ ๐ it honestly didnโt even occur to me that it had been that long until now I hadnโt noticed! feels like itโs been just yesterday tbh itโs interesting what you pointed out with often liking the bsides more than the title tracks. Iโve found that thatโs sometimes the case for me as well. O is a somewhat unique case in my opinion though, like I mentioned it came before their first full album but we didnโt know the full album was coming at the time, and VeriVery promoted O as a digital single on music shows, made content for it, etc. so in my opinion they did intentionally give this one more โsauceโ than regular bsides usually do. and then literally right after they ended O promotions (and everybody had been lamenting not being able have any kind of physical album to remember the era by) I think the NEXT DAY they dropped teasers for the Undercover album it was crazy. so it was all very purposefully planned out and I like the effort they did pour into O even though it was eventually a bside to Undercover
