Kol is pretty crazy but unlike a lot of reactors I see I noticed a few reasons he did what he did in the flashbacks. Klaus essentially used him as a toy to wake up whenever he was bored and when he woke up he found Marcel who had all the love from his family he never got. Also Elijah wanted him to sleep for Klaus sake but like he said it’s a bit hypocritical he wants to redeem Klaus so bad but he has another bad brother who he never invested anything into
